Meet Magda, founder of The Elevator

I created The Elevator because I wanted my work to be meaningful and on my own terms. I did not want to stay trapped in work that drained me. I also didn’t want to become a slave to my own business. I wanted to use my talents, knowledge, and experience to help others build businesses that give them both freedom and fulfillment.

My career in a global organisation gave me a front-row seat to how businesses operate and how great minds make decisions. I also gained expertise in how people learn and how to design effective learning solutions. My academic path strengthened this with research, critical thinking, and the ability to translate theory into practice.

This combination means I now help founders translate strategy into clear, practical systems. By blending behavioural science with instructional design, I ensure every framework becomes a working asset that delivers results.

Over time, I noticed many talented people were held back by the same patterns. Some were drained by constant hustling. Others built careers that looked strong from the outside but left them disconnected from what they truly wanted. In both cases, the issue was the same: no clear structure to align their work with their goals.

The Elevator was built to change that. Its mission is to help people close the gaps that keep them stuck, build businesses that support the life they want, and find clarity on what makes them genuinely fulfilled.

It is more than a single programme. The Elevator is a long-term platform for ambitious people who want their work to create both impact and freedom. Each course is designed to turn expertise into durable assets and systems that keep delivering over time.
